just a little tight. But really nice rollerblades. easy to put on and the plastic binder across the top fit just fine.

These are my first pair of roller blades and as someone who does not know how to skate I felt like I was able to learn pretty fast with these pair of shoes. For $80-$75 these pair of shoes look and feel pretty solid. It comes with wrench tools for fixing/swamping the wheels and 2 large bags to carry each skate around. These things are adjustable up to 4 sizes so it's very good for long term and teens growing up. As a US men 7.5-8 I got the X-Large and the lowest size fits me perfectly. The fasteners on these things works really well for keeping the skates secure yet very easy to maneuver in my skating classes. Overall I can't find anything to complain about these things so far except it's not as cushion on the inside as it can be. I will update these long term to see how they hold up.

I was genuinely shocked about how much I enjoyed these skates. My family and I are huge into rollerblading, from aggressive to cross country, so getting a chance to get a pair of big wheel skates is always a plus. The first thing I noticed about these was the actual boot itself. It did remind me of some other, more well known branded skates on the market now, but the quality wasn't cheap knock off. It was almost identical to what I see going in other skates for double the price. The rest of the skate, although well, don't compare to the boot in terms of quality. Wheels and bearings are fine, standard and average, but those you can easily replace. The frame is just a hair shy of the boot quality. It's made from machined aluminum and is so, so nice. It's sturdy and just very well made. Will it last as long as others? Time will only tell, and I'll update if they do end up damaging, but they look too well made to feel like they will fail. You never know though. Between the boot and the frames, these skates are worth the price. Throw some new wheels and bearings on this out of the box, and you have a pair of rollerblades easily comparable to brands like Rollerblade, K2, and Roces. I really like these.

True to size

This is my first pair of roller blades, so as far as performance goes, I have nothing to compare it to. However, they seem to roll just fine, so no complaints there. The ability to adjust to different size feet is pretty cool (not sure if this is standard on roller blades or not). Basically, you push a button and pull the toe and the shoe becomes larger.

When I first put my foot into the shoe the insert was a bit detached and had bump in it. I flattened it and then put my foot in, and it seemed fine after that. I found that the shoe wasn't the most comfortable. Seemed to put pressure in various spots and I'm not sure if that's something that just needs to get used or will become a problem.

The look of the product is pretty nice. Definitely doesn't look cheap.

I think these are perfectly good to learn on and decide if this is a sport you want to pursue.
