Oxygen number may not be accurate

I thought I was getting the item that would not require me to estimate the actual oxygen number, but this one seems no different than the one it is replacing. When using an oximeter that belongs to a doctor, the oxygen number is 4% higher.

Edit: I am changing my rating on the device from a 3 star to a 5 star as Customer Service reached out to make right on the product that could have become defective during shipping.
My personal experience with this device showed a lot of inconsistency. The HR seemed to be accurate as I checked it against a few other devices but the SPO2 was not consistent. I would check and get a reading of 64, check again immediately after and a reading of 95. Check again for a reading of 72 and then check again for a reading of 98. So again, SPO2 readings on here have no consistency.
