Overall a very fine multi use holder for split logs or medium sized cut branches. Advertised for indoors, it will work fine outdoors if kept in a covered area such as an open porch or entryway. Its capacity matches up well for decorative fires in small indoor fireplaces or outdoor fire pits, stoking wood stoves or ovens, or to hold larger kindling for lengthier fires in full sized fireplaces. I may actually get a second one of these in order to keep one indoors next to the fireplace, and another outdoors by the grill/BBQ.

It comes very well packed, with no scrapes to its powdercoat, the metal sections well sized to their intended use. It may take a moment to figure out the assembly, as there is not even a picture of the assembled product, let alone actual instructions. The product page where you are reading this review will have to suffice for guidance. Though assembly will be readily reasoned by most, a couple of things may not be considered. One, the upright sides have one side where molding marks show though the powder coat. Their appearance is subtle, but some of the more obsessive of us will want that side to face inwards. Two, do not over tighten the assembly bolts. The square hollow channels will crush slightly under the bolt head if it is over tightened. If you want extra security from loosening, use some loctite on the threads before assembly.

1/2 star off for absence of instructions; 1/2 star off for thin canvas and absence of load distributing washers. Otherwise this is a 5 Starr product for design and materials.

Overall, looks good works as expected and is an improvement over the cardboard moving box I originally was using. Easy to assemble, I guess that's why no instructions were provided. Everything works as it should. The canvas carrier is strong enough, though I've used some that were made of thicker material. The stand holds a reasonable amount of wood, but in my case I feel something slightly larger would work better. Perhaps if the sides were taller, or if the sides started to flare out as they get higher would improve the product.

From the perfect size for our needs to the well made materials it is just what we were looking for for the space. Holds 8-10 pieces of medium to small pieces of wood, enough to stoke the fire all night and half the day:)

This looks really nice on my fireplace. However, it does not come with instructions so it is not easy to put together. You can figure it out, but it takes some time. I also struggled with the basket part and not sure if i even put it on correctly. But once done it looks good.

This firewood rack comes unassembled and included the fabric log carrier, bolts and an Allen wrench. It took less than five minutes to put together and didn't come with any instructions. The rack itself is nice and solidly made and has top handle pieces that you can loop the fabric carrier over. The fabric carrier is ok, it has loops to fit on the rack and also additional handles to lift it up. The fabric on the carrier is kind of meh and I'm a little concerned about longevity, it's kind of an unfinished (no protective coating) canvas that is not super tightly woven, so we'll see. The style of the rack is very modern and looks great in my living room. Perhaps the most important thing to know is that this is not a large firewood rack. It is probably best suited for kindling only, or for fires that are more decorative than functional/ needing fuel for long burning. This isn't going to hold enough if you heat your house with wood during the winter. (The picture I posted shows it holding lengthwise half cut logs) That being said, it really is good quality and a nice modern design but know what it going to work for.
