I bought the paperback version, the recipes are easy to follow, don't need any fancy ingredients, just items you already have in the pantry. There are pictures to every recipe so you know what it will look like. I have a major sweet tooth, which has been hindering my weight loss, but having this cookbook will help tremendously cutting back on calories!! This cookbook is a must buy!!!
