Better image quality than others in the same price range. Good color and exposure adaption in varying light conditions. Mic & camera work very well in smaller web meetings. Online participants are able to hear even quiet younger voices well. Like most of these devices, would benefit from longer USB cable. Totally Plug 'n play on W11. Would purchase again.

I bought this camera on September 29, 2023. It worked OK when I installed and used it for one meeting. Then as I was getting ready for another meeting on Oct 31, 2023, it would not turn. So I wrote the manufacturer and it sent a free replacement without a question. What was pleasant that they offered it without me asking for it. It is a fantastic camera, easy to install, and has fantastic picture.
Been using it for a few months now, no complaints.

I've been using this product for a few months now and it's done well. Holds up great, I like the webcam cover. Only downside is a red light is on whenever it's plugged in, so that's a little distracting - but you can also use slide the cover over it if it's in your way.

The camera was super easy to install...just plug it in and it's ready to go. I noticed that it gives a bit of an orangish glow. That may just be something in the settings...and to be fair, I have no idea how I would fix that. I use it for work meetings and it serves the purpose I need. Not going to use it to film my Academy Award-nominated next film, but it's a good camera for the price.
