For a long time now I've been wanting to get a steamer. I was raised using broom and mop, but that simply does not work when you like a house neat. I did some research and decided to go with this one. It arrived faster than expected, and really impressed me when I first opened it. I like the size tank because I can go on cleaning for a decent amount of time before refilling. I also like all the attachments it comes with. It does get hot, but that's why they give you a glove. I started with the bathroom and for the first time I was able to remove all the build up calcium residues in tile and floor. Bathroom looks like new again!
I'm happy I bought this steamer and will be using it a lot!

The first steamer I bought (not this one) was a joke. It was more like a high powered humidifier. But this actually works! A few things I liked: 1) the measuring cup w/ pour spout is the perfect size. Two of those fill the tank and the spout fits exactly into the fill hole. The cord is plenty long enough and has an attached velcro strap to keep the cord tidy. It produces real, no kidding steam (that will burn your hand and your bare leg, if you're being a moron). The red pop-out caution dot is nice. The on switch takes some thumb power and it can lock off so kiddos probably can't work it and the locking mechanism is great for someone who needs surgery on her thumbs bc it locks on also. The accessories are quite handy. Th instructions state you can use it on carpet; but, I wouldn't. You need an extractor for carpet; steam condenses and needs to be removed. Hints for this steamer: First, vacuum or remove all loose material or it will go flying when you use the steam. Push the trigger with the end over the sink or a bucket or cup bc the water in the line that is not steam will make a small puddle. Work on a couple square feet at a time on a tile floor. Use one of the brushes (some of the tile I cleaned was ok with the stainless steel, but I had to switch to the plastic brush while cleaning a bathroom in another apartment). Steam the grout like you're tracing, then go back and scrub it. Use a rag to clean up the dirty water and rinse it out often. You can't clean light grout with dirty water! Keep LIGHTLY scrubbing each grout line pointing the steam to one side then the other. (Grout is concave!) I love this new tool! For the quickest turnaround on refills, lock the thumb switch on but click the toggle switch to "off." This will allow the pressure to dissipate quickly. BUT hold a rag over the fill opening when you do a quick refill bc you will get steamed in the face or hand when water hits that hot tank!
I took a bunch of photos- pre & post, but now they've disappeared... sorry. If I find them, I'll post them. I'm looking forward to using it on windows.

I researched loads of steamers for a couple weeks and ultimately went with purchasing this one. One of the biggest reasons for purchasing was the steamer output strength option to increase or decrease based on need. I found that a lot of other steamers did not have this option and it has been one of the best reasons for purchasing this item. You are able to adjust the steam output easily on the side of handle, I use the lowest streaming for decorative pillows and leather furniture or leather car seats. In fact when steaming car seats there are all these little tiny dot/holes in my vehicles leather seats and apparently they were all kind of clogged up with whatever and steaming them cleaned up all the little holes and made seats look brand new again.
I have used this to detail both of our vehicles now and had nothing short of amazing results. Didn't have to use any harsh chemicals or cleaners, this steamer sanitized and eliminated every little nook and cranny for an end result looking like a professional detailer cleaned it.
I have also been using this to go through and clean out my grandparents home after they're passing and there has been DECADES of dirt dust filth accumulating literally everywhere and this little baby has made it to easy to clean the walls, doors, bathrooms and the results are undeniable.
There was a brief moment where I thought maybe this wasn't going to work for me because after filling the water tank and using straight for approx. 45+ mins, once the water ran out you have to wait for it to cool down enough to open to refill water again; what I didn't realize was you have to release any built up water or steam pressure left over in the machine in order to have it cool down effectively. At first I didn't do that and it was taking about 45 mins to cool down and that was less than ideal for what I needed it for. But then my mom told me to release all the extra build up and once I did that it took less than 10 mins to cool down to refill and use again which worked perfectly. It only takes a few mins to warm up as well.
The overall structure and materials used are durable and everything is super easy to use. The accessories that it comes with also have come in handy for all needs.
Overall I absolutely would buy this again AND recommend to anyone. And the price point is great and like I said it has the adjustable output option that more expensive units do not have. I am super happy with my purchase and I use this for everything and use it several times a week! It's actually kind of fun also!

I really love this steam cleaner. I have cleaned my tile grout, my shower, the corners of my French doors and the window sills of my windows. It works great. I also used the clothes steamer and spot cleaned my sofa! I had a steam cleaner years ago, but wore it out and never repurchased another one until now. It is easy to use, lightweight, effective and gets dirt you didn't even know was there. Going to try on my jewelry but haven't tried that yet. I will wait until I am using it for something else. Another place I used it on was the flexible water line that comes out of your wall to your toilet and the sides of the toilet. If you want to step up your cleaning game then this little steamer is a great option!

My entire main floor is LVP. Sounds nice, right?
Until it came time to clean. I don't like to spread dirty mop water around and using Swiffer wet mop pads got expensive.

I knew I needed something better and that's when Tweety came into my life (yes, I named the steam cleaner, don't judge).

Easy assembly, simple and accurate use instructions and power packed performance all in an easily portable tool.

The mop pads are much like a shop towel, having multiple on hand is inexpensive, so you can swap them out whenever one gets too dirty.
The window cleaner works well, especially on the inside of a windshield.
I've scrubbed and disinfected all those small places around the stovetop, sink with the different brush heads and have sent jets of steam under the toilet rim.
I definitely recommend.
