I did have an issue with the product, but the support at [email protected] was beyond excellent, helped significantly, and deserves a 5-star rating.
My BR800 would only charge my USB-C Android phone and Chromebook tablet correctly if I used their supplied USB-C charging-only cable. My USB-C data cables (I tried several) would cause my devices to report weak charging error messages. If you have this problem, use their USB-C cable instead of your device's cable. When working properly, the BR800 supports "Charging rapidly" / fast-charging.
It seems that a different model, their BR300, implements QC 3.0 and can charge devices in Turbo mode, if your device supports it. That's probably a better option if you're expecting or want that.
I haven't tested the BR800's ability to jump start a car. Hope I never actually need to. :)

I purchased one of these for my granddaughter who is attending college out of state. Within a week of receiving it, she had a dead battery. She was able to jump start her Jeep's battery and drive it to an auto part store after AAA did not have the battery in stock that she needed. I then purchased another one for myself. I have one in my older vehicle, but what good would it be to me if my other car's battery died when I was away from the one having the jump starter in it! Great value providing peace of mind.

It looks great. It charged up and I put it away for about two weeks until my neighbor said that he thinks he left the lights on and his battery was dead. I took it over to his house and his battery was completely dead. No sound when turning the key. I tried the Buture Car Jump Starter and we were able to hear the solenoid click when he turned the key but the starter did not turn the engine. We tried to hook it up to a smart charger and the battery would not take a charge. He ended up taking the battery in and got a replacement. The replacement battery started the car. I have recharged the Buture as it was down one of the blue dots and it recharged within 2 hours. I'm not giving up on this jump starter until I try it again but I wanted to relay my experience.

I also loved that it's the size of a cell phone! I had my car fixed but I keep this device in a makeup bag in my car for just in case.

This product is excellent and saved the day when my SUV's battery was slowly dying, but held me over until I could replace the battery. I saved a significant amount money for a tow, no need to call someone else for a jump or ask a stranger. I would definitely recommend this product to any to keep in your vehicle. I live in Midwest so the cold can be brutal on car batteries over time. If super cold out it may be hard to find someone to give a jump when needed. I know very little about cars but managed to do this on my own with zero issues!! I may purchase a back up in the future!! Makes a great gift also!! Worth every penny!!
