I wanted to purchase one but did not want to speed a lot of money because I did not know if I would like it. I am happy with this item by it being my first purchase. My husband installed it in about 30 mins. I love the pictures on it allowing me to know exactly which option to select as a first time user. The adjustable water pressure is a great addition. It fits my toilet seat well. I am not sure about the durability of it because I have only had it a little over a month. I don't have kids or many visitor's so I don't know how it will hold up in that situation. I would recommend this item to anyone looking to purchase a bidet as their first purchase. If I had one gripe, It would be the control panel sits out further than I like from the actual toilet seat but that is just my opinion. In the future, I may try a heated one with air dry....lol

As a person who suffers from chronic hemorrhoids this product has absolute changed my quality of life. It was very easy to install, with all the components being provided in the box and instructions very easy to follow.
The cleanliness of the device is well maintained through its own cleaning features. I thought the cold water would be unpleasant but it is not at all. Now I never want to use the restroom outside of my own home.

And V options. For men that will spray the testes and need be but the pressure is awesome and if you angle right it'll spray inside a little if you find the magic spot. Be careful not to strip any plastic attachment when installing and it's super easy. Takes all of 15 minute with a medium sized adjustable wrench. Be sure to turn your water off and read whatever dial your toilet assembly comes with to know what off is.

I went to visit my son in NY and I noticed he had this attachment on his toilet. I asked about it and he told me it was a Bidet. I didn't think it was a good idea and wasn't sure about adding it to the toilet. I tried his and it wasn't bad, kind of nice actually. He sent me a link to the model he bought and I didn't think about it for awhile. I found that email and went to the item on Amazon and decided to try it out. Installation was pretty simple but I've done plenty of plumbing work in the past so easy to me is subjective. You need to be able to remove the seat cover, shut off the water, disconnect the existing water line, install the adapter & additional water line, and reconnect your toilet water line all sufficiently so you don't get a leak. My son who isn't overly handy was able to do it. If you don't think you can do that then just find someone who is handy enough to help.
Once connected the unit worked as advertised and is easy to adjust. I can't attest to how durable it is but my son has had his for over 6 months with no issues so that is a data point.
What I really love about having a bidet is I don't have to use the bathroom wipes to be properly cleaned. I know those are hard on sewer systems so we would all be better off with a little more water and less of those in the system. If you look at the cost of the typical bathroom sanitary wipes this bidet pays for itself in a couple of months.
