This is a very well built wheelchair. Sadly, we had to return it because it's too big for my small house and going real slow to navigate in those close quarters was not possible without using a tap tap tap method of the joystick. Then I still banged into the stove and cupboards just trying to get around the island in the center of the kitchen.
The manufacturer was very helpful in making arrangements for the return. Something Amazon couldn't seem to handle. After Amazon sent us a worthless shipping label and having numerous failed pickup attempts, Aotedor finally got us a valid shipping label for the return. Which was no small thing, given the wheelchair weighs around 80lbs.
The only downside to the design was the foot rest. Neither using a straddling stance to get up out of the chair, or folding up the foot rest up, (which was painful to the back of my legs from the bottom of the step) offered an easy way of getting out of the chair, given my disabilities.

This purchase was one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. This is a nice chair but I had a concern that I needed addressed by the seller. The prompt service and continuous followup was phenomenal. The experience was outstanding, the chair runs so smooth. I had a concern about a clicking sound when handling the joystick but was assured that it was the magnetic braking. I say all this to say, I would recommend the chair and I would purchase it again! I especially love the sellers customer satisfaction and the promptness in answering my concerns which turned out to be normal.

Chair is comfortable, however could use some lumbar support but that's easily remedied with a pillow. It is "snappy" and fast so definitely practice in an open area. It is lightweight enough that we can easily lift it. Overall, the chair fits me great (5'8).
The most impressive part tho wasnt the chair. It was the customer service! The batteries are charged separately. We contacted them to see about purchasing a 2nd charger so that could be charge at once. Not only did they rapidly email back BUT also called to check in and sending a 2nd charger for free. THAT level of customer service made it more than worth it.
The chair is great...... the customer service is awesome..... so far haven't found a downside, outside of needing a chair. Thank you

I'm eighty-one years old with back problems and I have a hard time standing up straight. When I walk, I'm stooped over and It's all I can do to walk halfway down my block and back. When I saw this chair on Amazon, I thought maybe it could help me walk further and it does. I disconnect the motors and raise the back rest up and can walk four blocks pushing the chair while I'm standing up straight. When I'm tiered, I set down and buckle myself in and ride home. This has got me back into life again.

This wheelchair is exactly what they state and more.
First, it's very comfortable to sit in and has several adjustments if needed. Then the moving ability is great. It is sensitive so you will need to learn that but once you do it's amazing how slowly you can move or quickly. It's so easy to go through doorways and other right spots.
The battery also lasts a very long time. Very impressed with this wheelchair!
