For the love of all that is good, measure the temperature of the water (98°) before you put it through your ears. I had mine too hot and was smote with wretched motion sickness for many many hours. The product is just fine, does what it says, and did not experience any malfunctions through operation.

100% recommend this product!!! Works just like those videos you see. Tried this on my boyfriend and got literal chucks out. My only critique would be the that the clear plastic guard should snap in or something to hold it in place. You really don't need the clear guard though so it not being held in place isn't a huge deal. I also bought and used "Murine Ear wax Removal Drops" and let that sit in his ear about 5 minutes prior to help loosen the wax. Works amazing, definitely worth buying.

I add warm water and tilt my head towards my ear a bit and rinse/clean my ears a couple times a week at night before bed. I haven't had any issues or found the cleaning process anything but comfortable on lowest setting. It was different at first and after first use, felt like it was a nice relaxing way to clean my ears and wind down before bed. Love the trigger control for on/off. the power settings on the back of the sprayer unit are intuitive and easy to use.

Purchased this after having little luck extracting impacted wax with ear drops and a water bulb. As you can see from the photo it removed a monstrosity that was buried deep in my ear canal. This unit performs exceptionally well and is very easy to use after reading through the instructions. And if you're worried about applying pressure to your eardrum as I was use the low setting with the 5 hole tip, working the end in alternating circular motions to loosen up whatever debris may be hiding in there. I also recommend using ear drops to loosen up the wax before attempting to blast it out, which if I'm being honest probably contributed alot to my hefty nugget of success. If you're experiencing wax buildup issues definitely give this a try.
