I like these hex bits as well as the case and size assortment. Recently used four (4) of the sizes to assemble a swing set for my grandson and they did not strip out which is common on hex heads. Saved me lots of time in finding the right size by just looking at the shafts which are all marked clearly. Length is very good for reaching most set screws. These easily extend using any 1/4" driver bit sleeve. Some of the screws that we were driving were those anchoring the set and were over 4" with no issues. Very good set for any DIY'er.

This is a very nice set of Extended Length Allen Hex Bits. I've been looking for a set like this and I found a really nice set. The set has both SAE and Metric sizes to help make a complete set with all the most often used sizes.
The chrome socket part of the set is nicely chromed and the sizes of the hex bit is clearly inscribed on each socket. The size of each bit is also engraved on the shaft of each individual piece. In the light, I can see these clearly, but if a shadow is over it, it darkens and becomes a little harder to see.
The size is also clearly stamped on the plastic case where each bit sits, which will help put things away.
These are made of S-2 steel, which is a very hard steel and about the best available for manufacturing bits. This is probably one of the best hex bit sets out there in its size and one of the strongest. It should easily take care of tightening or loosening the toughest hex nuts or bolts.
This is one of the sets to own.

Using a real 3/8ths wrench with these tools makes any use of the furniture assembly easier. When you look at load-bearing joints you know you'll need to torque it well so have something with leverage on your side.
This set is sold. Well made, well shipped, long enough to be useful, well fitting to a common 3/8 wrench. All you need for all that Swedish furniture. While I got this on Vine, it's not a bad deal and a nice addition to the tool chest.

So honestly, for quite a few years, it might not be something you run into daily, but awesome enough where it certainly bugs you and you normally have to rig something up to make it work and get the Allen to reach where he needed to go so I was happy to finally take the plunge and order the proper extra long and I couldn't be happier in case is nice and durable and honestly I am blown away by the quality of the sockets themselves as they seem like they can really take a beating what time will tail and I will update if I have any issues but so far so good great by highly recommend
