I bought this kit for my father after the mail deliverer broke his mailbox latch. The instructions are simple, the kit is straightforward to install, and the materials are sturdy.
Looks nice

I was unable to find a metal latch like the original for my mailbox. After 41 years, the pull handle finally worn thin and broke off. I was able to adapt this latch to my mailbox by filing and lengthening one of the screw holes in the door until both screws fit securely (would have been easier with a drill, but didn't have it charged up at the time). I secured the top of the latch with just one screw, and then put a screw in the other top hole of the mailbox so it wouldn't leak when raining. I wish I could have found an exact replacement, but I'm okay with the result.
Works great

Took about 10 minutes to install. Now our mailbox door stays closed. As for the town snow plow, I'm going to order a large Bulleye and put it on the side!! LOL
Fit

Had to drill on mail box to get to fit. Once on works better than one that came with original with mail box.
Delivered when expected.

Nice replacement for our broken mailbox latch. It doesn't seal very tight. But at least mailman can open it with the latch.
