even though it's advertised as spicy, it has literally the most mildest hint of spice to it. it's pretty good still, very tasty, but i just think it's a bit of a misnomer to say it's spicy when it's not. they are large jars, so they accommodate quite a large serving size when you cook which is great

These jars came wrapped up pretty good so thankfully there was no damage upon arrival. The sauce is a bit on the thinner side, which is okay for us. The flavor is good but it does have a kick to it. We were a bit nervous the kids couldn't eat it but once we added ricotta cheese it toned it down perfect for them.
Overall not bad and I'm excited to try it out in our lasagna this weekend too.

If you want this Carbone Spicy Vodka Pasta Sauce | World Famous Signature Recipe creamy you need to use some cream with it. There is a recipe on the side of the bottle. I did not make that recipe but I may try a vegan version next time. This has a nice flavor with a tad bit of spice but not overwhelming. But this is a thinner sauce than I usually use. It did arrive nicely bundled and I appreciated that. For the remainder of the sauce I am going to try adding a few things to bulk it up. I like that there are 2 jars in my order so I can create a few different sauces using this as the base.
