I broke my ankle/lower leg 3 years ago and have for motion but impact of jogging is extremely painful so I haven't been able to work a lot of muscles. My doctor suggested a rowing machine and I've been pricing them fir a while. I wanted something solid since my brother who's 350 lbs would use it. I've had a lot of experience with home workout machines and the majority of cheaper ones are usually made poorly.
With the $95 discount it was cheaper than other ones with good reviews so I wanted to give it a shot. I love this machine. Very solid and very quiet. I work nights from home so it being super quiet allows me to get a workout in without waking my brother. It's movement is very smooth.
First time in 3 years I've had a great workout without killing my ankle.

I've had a little bit of experience owning, and using at the gym, a rowing machine. Assembly was under an hour with enclosed tools and detailed instructions. Had I used my own tools, it probably would have been a little quicker. There's also an online video with step by step instructions, but I didn't find that until assembly was done. I had an extra piece upon completion, and the video showed me my mistake.
Next I set up the app. I found it easy to set up and very user friendly. I used the distance workout. I love seeing my progress.
I usually watch tv while working out, with the tv on top volume. Not necessary with this rowing machine, it's quite quiet. Very easy to use rowing machine for all fitness levels. Easy to read display in addition to the app.
I feel this rowing machine is more compact than others. It can be moved easily from room to room. Just tip forward and roll it away. Great for storing too. Some rowing machines are awkward, heavy monsters, that give you the same workout as this sleek compact machine.
I'm very pleased with my order! Highly recommend! Great price too!

UPDATE: The seller reached out and sent a replacement monitor. Both the monitor and rower work great and I am very happy with this purchase. Perfect for a beginner and cry great for the price.
I was very pleased with how quick and easy it was to put together. The rower itself works great - it's so quiet, smooth and provides an excellent workout; HOWEVER, the downside is the monitor doesn't work. I checked and rechecked the wire connections multiple times and changed the batteries out three times, and was met with the same disappointment of a non-functioning monitor each time, so I just set my timer on my phone and use the rower without it. And because the monitor does not work, I'm not able to connect the app via Bluetooth, so that's a MAJOR bummer and the reason for my three stars.

I was looking for a rower that wasn't overpriced and settled on this one. There was one annoying part to me during the assembly but overall it was easy enough to assemble on my own. I'm able to stand it straight up even in a basement, so it's not a super huge item. I've only used it once so far, but didn't have any problems connecting it to the app. I thought a resistance of 10 was pretty light until I was about 6 minutes in! Haha Here's to hoping for longevity of product.

It's appearance is very nice. I am a 5'7" tall woman and I can sit on it and use it comfortably. It was very easy to assemble if you look at the videos provided on the Amazon website when you purchase it. It is a very nice quality. I would definitely recommend it!
