The Air Conditioner is great does as advertised. You just got to be able to find some way to get it shipped to your house without it getting damaged like mine did. Mine came with a huge gouge mark in the back cooling fins from Fed Ex.....thanks. The driver was even kind enough to place the box with the damaged side down so my wife wouldn't see it. I found it when I got home I was pissed. Fortunately it didn't break the cooling line and it still works. I'm stuck with it nothing I can do about it even though it was damaged it got accepted. If I need another one I take a different direction I guess.

Quietest air conditioner I have ever owned. Very easy to install. I live in Florida where it is extremely humid. I have had no issues with water build up .. I was afraid I might based on reviews.. my livingroom is largest room in the house 12x23 and it cools down this room extremely well. . My wood frame home was built in the 30s so no new fangled insulation. . Still cools the room effectively. . So far very happy with it .. wish remote had a light in it .. my only complaint
