The media could not be loaded. I'm a 70 year old woman and installed it myself. It seem great quality and, other than seeming a bit bulky, it looks great. I love the blue light at night and the warm seat.

Easy installation. Had shoulder surgery and it is a godsend

The good:
The bidet works great, water is a good temp and purges prior to spraying so you don't get a quick blast of cold at the beginning. The dryer also works great, once again the temp and power is good. Heated seat is nice but you have to train your brain not to think it's been warmed by someone else recently using the toilet.

The bad:
It's very big and bulky, it looks pretty ugly on the toilet in my opinion, sits slightly wider than the toilet in the back. The bidet stuff covers up about a 3rd of the toilet opening in the back, makes cleaning the toilet a pain and creates a much smaller target when standing up. The install instructions could definitely have been better and there is no good way to test fit the seat that I found, still not sure how to get it back off the bracket once it's in place.

Be aware:
You need power, it wont work without it at all. I ended up cutting the water line in half as it was way too long. The remote is a little confusing to use. It seems to draw quite a bit of power as the lights dim and pulse while using it. The instructions say not to use a wrench for tightening the water line but it leaked until I did, it also says not to use the PTFE tape but includes PTFE tape in the box so that is confusing. Not including the time for installing a new outlet it probably took me 30 minutes to get the seat installed.

My conclusion:
The bulk of this seat is the main drawback and as nice as the heat and air dry is I might consider giving them up in order to get something that doesn't look nearly as awkward.

Wow!! Very impressive! Didn't expect this. This bidet if it lasts is an excellent value, for what you're getting this is possibly the best product I have ever purchased on Amazon!
Easy installation, this bidet works great!! Everything you will need"¦warm water continuously, warm seat adjustable with even a night light. Water pressure that's adjustable so far is very good!!! I've experienced many bidets and most of them work fine but lack in water pressure therefore the cleaning process isn't very good.
I'll look to update this product but so far it's excellent and very affordable! Just hope it lasts. The remote control can be of a little better quality and if it was magnetic like others that would be perfect for myself because we have a medal air vent close by.
All in all I'm extremely pleased with this bidet and may purchase another in the near future. For the price point you can't go wrong!! This bidet flat out works! Lastly to note there's only a one year warranty, ideally I would like to have a three year.
