I didn't grow up taking alkaseltzer tabs for illnesses, but these have turned me into a believer. They easily dissolver into water, taste good, and give the bubble affect. They work well against cold/flu symptoms and are easier on the stomach than pills. Recommended!

Cold medicines are almost all the same. Its just a matter of whether or not it can help calm the symptoms like runny nose and cough. You can't cure a cold it just needs to run its course. But it helps to have something to help you calm the symptoms so you can have a more pleasant day or be able to sleep through the night for faster recovery.

These severe cold and flu fizzy tablets are perfect for travel. Nice small packaging so I can throw them in my emergency travel bag and first aid kit. However I'm disappointed that there's food coloring including red dye 40. Completely unnecessary, and I got a similar product by Alka Seltzer that doesn't contain it.

This product is our go to, especially personally since I can't have aspirin products. It dissolves fast. I don't exactly enjoy the taste but the orange is better than some and it works. It's great for when you feel terrible and need to sleep. I prefer this to the very strong harsh medicines that make me feel loopy.
