I must admit I was on the fence about these pads. However, I am really pleased with the progress and results. It has been a week and my pads every morning are black and oily. I will be further convinced once the pads start getting lighter in color. I can feel a warm calming sensation when I apply them and I get in bed to enjoy the sensation. Before you know it you in deep slumber and for me slobber. That's how I know their working. I love these pads so far and would recommend anyone to try. Worse come to worse your only out of 20 bucks thats 1 large and 1 small coffee at Starbucks, but these pads give back Starbucks just give energy for about 30 minutes these pads are setting you up for overall wellbeing. Give them a try.

These are easy to put on and stick well, yet are not hard to pull off in the mornings. I don't like sleeping in socks so I use them without socks. I have used these for about a week now and they are still black in the mornings. I plan to keep using them and hope that they turn white eventually.
