We use this to keep the bedroom warm. We leave it set on eco mode at 75 degrees. Saves us from using the propane furnace which is expensive. May buy another one.

Works well but does not remember the previous setting when it gets unplugged or at least I haven't found how to do it .... so it restarts at 99 degrees!!!

I put it on high and set to 80. I left my office for several hours and still my office was not warm when I got back. I'll have to use for some other use in my house. This is for my office and I need to heat it up asap in the morning. Maybe a fan will help but really not useful so far. I have one of these I keep on always in my garage and it works fine. I guess that's the trick but I can't leave on in my office always.

It's a really nice heater has a bunch of settings eco low med and high. It only uses 12.5 amps where my Central A/C uses 21.8 amps and blows air into the house that gets cold in between turning off and on which I don't like. I like this because it is a steady warm heat with no blowing air or drafts. That is why I bought it and have wanted one for several years but never wanted to put out the money. Thanks to Prime Day I got it for 12 dollars cheaper than usual. It has a remote control. Timer, Child Lock Function, Memory Function. The thermostat works between high 95F-40F low. The only thing I don't like is the Cord comes out of the front where the display is and that takes up cord length that is needed to keep a distance from walls to be able to face the controls and use the remote. This shortens the cord I need and therefore raises the cord off the ground by stretching it as far as I can and now can trip over the cord. If the cord was in the back then it would not have this problem and could lay on the floor. So it is irritating being extended and awkward. But I can learn to live with it because they offered me a free Essential Oil diffuser freebie air freshener from the product registration site and will be mailing it to my home for posting this review within 5 days. Which I am re-writing from the Amazon website to post what I really wanted to say when I originally posted it from the Freebie site. I will give this heater a 5 stars it should be 4 1/2 because of the cord but it is really a nice Oil Heater. No refilling it or anything and I did EXACTLY what my Dad told me to do when checking into buying one of these types of heaters and that is you always get the ones with the 3 lowest wattages which are 1500, 900, & 600 watts. Not the 700 watts the 600. And to read the Amps that is pulls and to read you A/C unit you have outside to see how much you will save. There is no point in buying one if you don't save on Electricity. So you can close up all your other rooms and heat the one your in and stay toasty in that room all winter long. I like this because it is like having the Oven on and the heat feels like that kind of heat that is solid heat with no drafts that is a lot more comfortable to me with my Arthritis and not having any drafts in the house. You just have to turn it on ahead of time so it warms up until the temps drop outside (next week) where it will be on all the time and only use the Outside A/C unit when you want to heat the entire house using the 21.8 amps from it. So I should be able stay nice and warm throughout the winter by jumbling these two different types of heaters I have and stay within my budget Staying warm comfortably all winter is the goal here.
Update: 6 days later.............. I am really liking this heater we had a 20 degree drop in temps and I just set the timer to turn on an hour before I get up and it is toasty warm when I get up no more freezing until the place gets warm. With the cold snap I had it on high 1500 and set it at the highest temp it will go to and it definately got hot in here. And today I changed it to the ECO mode now the cold snap is over and 15 degrees warmer outside. So I set the temps on the heater at 70 degrees. and I woke up to a nice warm house on the Eco mode. So this is a good buy and a very nice heater to have. I also checked my Electricity bills from last year on days that had the same temps as the cold snap and I actually saved 54 cents using this heater instead of the Central Heating and Air Unit for the whole house. It's a keeper!

Update for January, 2021 I will never go without having one of these Oil heaters in my home ever again I absolutely require having one no more WINTER DRAFTS!

My room gets very very cold during winter no matter what. This heater is amazing, heats up the room in about 30-40 minutes, and then you can lower the temperature to make it warm.
Works great for me :)
