This gelatin is light and finely granulated so it's easy to cook with or add to yogurt etc as a dietary supplement. It seems very pure.

This is my first time using unflavored gelatin. I wasn't sure how difficult it would be but it's actually quite simple (and way more affordable). It's as easy as the prepackaged, flavored jello you get at the store. The only real difference is that you can flavor it and sweeten it however you'd like - which allows you to get very creative!

I got this gelatin for making jiggly "jelly" snacks for my toddler grandchildren. I also plan to use it to thicken soups. I was impressed at how well it worked with NO CLUMPS! I followed the directions of sprinkling it over cold/room temperature liquid first, and then heating it up. It did not take much stirring to dissolve the product. I accidentally used too much, so I recommend either following the package instructions or playing around with it. I followed instructions I had on a jelly recipe, and I actually used about 6 times the amount this product calls for. My final jiggly jellies are too dense, so I'll dial it back next time. I did not notice any scent or added taste. Very happy!
