Since the dropper doesn't work properly, there's a lot of product wasted. So far, I believe it's doing my hair good. I have blonde hair that's thin and has a slow growth process. My hair has grown 2 inches since I purchased. Gives lots of volume and thickness. Smells great and washes out well.
