Good for Fosters

I used this product to extend a dog kennel I had that was keeping my 4 foster kittens. I know some of the reviews say the panels were flimsy but in my opinion the panels are solid and the connectors snap into place strongly. The zip ties help as well. There are some parts that are a little cricked but even still this cage holds all my fosters. This is great to give animals their own little play area. I'd recommend buying two if you're purchasing for kittens though.

These were great and came in super handy when fostering a large litter of kittens. I even purchased a second set as they grew to give them more room to run around. They did eventually get big enough to jump out, but I used them to block off the stairs, attached them to the baby gate at the door so they couldn't climb or slip through. Just very multifunctional and easy to reconfigure. The quality is good and they are sturdy, it all depends on how you put it together. For sure hanging on to them for future kitten adventures.

They seem to like it. It's cheaper than getting a big wire cage. I knew just the cage I had was too small for 3 guinea pigs. Got them from a friend and that's what they had them in. It was just a little bit of a pain to put together. I got the washable liners on Amazon too. One of them right away when I put him in went running around kicking his legs happily. They seem happier now having more room.

I purchased this as a way to contain the mess of my free roaming bun. It was time consuming to put together but not difficult. I didn't put it together completely as intended. I only used 6 pieces at the bottom and left an opening to be used as a doorway. I also used the short pieces in front to give easier access for cleaning. They didn't align with the tall pieces, but the included zip ties were an easy fix. While each individual piece may be waterproof, the unit as a whole is not due to the small gaps between pieces. I ended up putting an old 48" dog crate liner at the bottom, and it fit perfectly. Overall, it's working fine for my intended use, but I'm not sure I would want to use it as a full time enclosure.
Update: I originally gave 3 stars because it didn't work for me out of the box. I have since added a star because it is working quite well with my modifications. If you can get it on sale, it may be a good deal.
