I got these more for the decorative effect to put in water dispensers at a wedding. But they are super fragrant and flavorful. Our house prefers dried to fresh. But you do have to let them soak a bit to release their flavor.

I bought this to decorate a dessert and essentially used like 10 buds. I have a huge quantity left. Honestly I like rose flavor but I don't think a tea of this would taste great.
If you're using this for decorative petals, note only the outer ones are pink. The inner petals are a funky beige, not very pretty.

Used them making Old Fashioneds and I suggest letting them soak for a few minutes before shaking then adding a fresh slice in the drink instead of fresh zest and it was delightful. Saw that done at a bar and copied it.
