This chair was easy to assemble, and the instructions were GREAT. I had no issue with the assembly, and it went smoothly. There are several parts to the assembly, and while anyone who can follow directions can do this, it is more than opening the box and having a seat.
The comfort of this chair is amazing for the price, and it is quite robust. it is not overly heavy, so it moves around easily.
This chair has height adjustment but not a reclining adjustment, so the angle of the seat is fixed. Likely a positive thing for a bench chair.

The chair is so comfortable and was easy to put together! I use it for my podium. I'm a teacher and get tired of standing all day. Only problem I have is keeping my students out of it when I'm not in it.

This chair came with a tool and some spare parts. Assembling took me about half an hour. On the lowest setting the height of the chair is perfect for me to sit on my normal desk for some home office. For crafting, painting and sewing I have an adjustable table so I have to sit higher. For this the chair is also very good.
The seating cushion is not that comfortable for people who like to wear very short shorts. You get a waffle pattern on your thighs. ;) But with longer pants it is okay. I also don't like the armrests that much because they are not padded. I did know that, but didn't think it would bother me that much. That doesn't influence my rating, it is just something you should think about before buying.
The wheels are not for higher carpets. So if you want to use the Chair on carpet plan to buy additional wheels.
The chair is worth it's price. It is not perfect but I am satisfied.
