The table is very easy to unfold and set up... equally easy to fold for portability. It is very stable and solidly constructed. The Padding is thick and very comfortable. My wife uses it as a platform on which to do the at-home exercises that her physical therapist prescribes. The height adjustment makes it a perfect fit for her to sit down to exercise, then get back up when she is done. The width of the table makes her feel very secure when she is on the table. It was a perfect "fit" for her needs.

I love this table!! I am in school for massage therapy and we had to buy our own table. I love the look, and it is very sturdy. Also it is not heavy so it is very easy to carry. The table carrier is well made. I would highly recommend. I forgot to mention that my clients say the table is very comfortable, no need for extra padding.
