Works great, temperature gauge great feature

I have never had a beverage dispenser that worked for both hot or cold. Usually you get one or the other so I didn't know how it would go. We tested this out doing a catered luncheon with active service for three hours and it held up fine using it as a cold dispenser. The temperature gauge is a great feature that I never knew I needed. Now I feel like I can never go back to flying blind. The container came with two different pitcher options, which was great because we were serving mixed drinks from the cooler and were using measured quantities. The internal plastic filter did come loose inside at one point, but it was easy enough to put back in place. It also came with an extra one of these. I liked the optional legs on the bottom to get extra height if needed. The look of this was a lot more attractive than your typical Gott plastic cold beverage dispenser and worked well on the buffet line. The pour spout didn't have any leaks, but I will update as I use it more if it becomes leaky over time. In my experience it takes a while before leaks begin. Overall, I really liked this dispenser, not only because it worked well, but it's also light weight and looks good, which is everything I want in a large quantity beverage dispenser.
