I have the unit set at 50% it stays there or below. The other one I had only lasted 30 days and the defroster stopped working and it had frozen coils would not work. I sent it back. I will update if this fails.This has a deflector for the air flow and can be directed on clothes hung on a drying rack nice feature. Only negative it has a low and high fan there is no difference what so ever. Runs smooth and very powerful fan.

I purchased this dehumidifier, because the ones that I had were too small. The ones I purchased said they did 800 ft.² and I needed one that worked better. This one says about 4500 square feet my house is only 1900 ft.² ever since I have purchased the steam dehumidifier. My carpet in my basement is no longer wet and it works awesome. There is multiple functions where you can click on it to make it work harder or less hard depending on how much dehumidifying you want done in your house.

This dehumidifier is an awesome machine, and works exactly as it should. There are 2 downsides with it- the user manual and the water catch. The user manual is basically useless, so don't expect to learn anything from that"¦ the product itself is pretty easy to figure out though. The water catch can could've been made bigger, or Atleast a different design. It's very hard to handle without spilling. Other than that, works awesome!
