Started using it today got it yesterday. Took it this morning on an empty stomach. No issues, no jitters, no tiredness, headache etc. I feel still like myself. Had my protein drink and protein yogurt like always, no issues. I already substitute my lunch with a protein drink or salad, and no issues. Doesn't interfere with my Bp meds and it did curve the appetite. I drink plenty of water so thts normal for me. I'll have my dinner salmon, veggies and sweet potato and eat some skinny pop and call it a night. I only started out with one pill to see what the going ons would be, but I'm good. I'm 5'0, 245lbs, 53 and workout 3days a week. I lost 75lbs and over the holidays got a little too happy. I'm on a mission of 90 days no sugar/bread and so far has lost 8lbs since 5/1.

Feeling tired around 2:30pm everyday??? Don't wait another second to try this product. I started taken 7-10 days ago and feel incredible.
