We came home from a trip and found that a large tree branch had fallen on our new trampoline--made holes in the mat and bent one of the poles. The company was quick to respond and replacement parts were easy to acquire. They even covered the damage under the warranty, which we didn't expect. The trampoline is up and bouncing again, and our grandchildren couldn't be happier!

The trampoline went up easily but I'm very unimpressed with the quality of the safety net system. In particular, the poles holding the safety next are weak and ours have bent. I have been able to bend back but this is clearly a concern since it is a safety system. Otherwise the trampoline is good and my son loves it and uses it all the time.

This came only 2 days after I ordered! Such quick shipping, which was so amazing. Price was very good and a great selection of size/color. This was also VERY easy to put together, it took us about 2 1/2hrs and the tools they provided for the spring installation were amazing! This has an excellent bounce and we found our daughter out there playing at 7:30a the following day. We bought a 12ft which is great for her and us two adults so we can have some real family fun! My husband set this up for our kids today and it was the easiest trampoline we have ever set up! The net is attached with stretchy hooks and there are no strings to tie or weave, and no gaps. It's really good quality and looks awesome. The kids say it's super bouncy, but that's to be expected 😜
