Used it to connect two 140mm case fans to one chassis fan header on my motherboard. Installation was plug&play and the braided cable also is sturdy with decent amount of heft. Note that the Y cable splits off into a 4-pin master and 3-pin slave fan connection, which is perfectly normal. Item also unexpectedly included some zip ties and thermal grease. Reasonably priced and item arrived quickly, so I'm very happy with the purchase.
When space is limited this is a lifesaver...

So far this product has worked out perfectly. It fit the pre-made hope that was in my desk without any problems. Everything has worked as it should, however it seems that when it's installed in my desk it's off centered. You can see in the last picture the circular disk doesn't come up all the way. Now I did figure it a trick that if I pull the center part towards me then the circular disk will come all the way back up. But without doing that it doesn't. But overall it's great and looks great, just has that small quirk.
