Evidently, when it gives you a little "bzzzzz" on the wrist and the reminder to "take a drink" scrolls by it means WATER and not some new sort of alcohol drinking game. My bad. :-)
Seriously, it is definitely NOT a top of the line model. I will assume that it is accurate on the basics---steps, heart rate, and blood oxygen. Not sure how accurate the sleep measure thing is, but that is not the reason I bought this things, so whatever. Sleep measure tells you the duration of your "sleep" and whether you were in "deep sleep" or "light sleep" or wide awake. It seems pretty close to what I remembered experiencing overnight.
It is lightweight and unobtrusive. The face is narrow and I need my glasses to read some of the data that you can access from it.
My one complaint is the fact that every. single. day I need to "re-pair" it with the phone on my app. Not sure if it is a "me" problem or an app problem or what, but every day I have to rescan for devices and add the device to the app. Sometimes I have to do it multiple times a day. I don't know if it is because I do not have my phone constantly with a foot of the device, or what. Once I do that all the data moves over to the app. It is annoying, but for the price of the device I will deal with it.

If what you want is a basic step counter with a few added features, this is a good value. It seems to be well made. I did bump into some trouble getting the app set up but that was because the description in the instructions named a different app. The one you want with the latest model of this fitness tracker is Runmefit. But I don't use the app all that much -- I'm just in it for the step counter. Some of the readings don't seem accurate -- like a resting heart rate of 80+, 8 hours of sleep noted when it was more like 3 one night, etc. It is nice to be able to set things that buzz like when to drink some water and when to get up and move around. If you can't seem to get it charging when inserted into the USB, flip it over. You put it in wrong. :)
