I am very happy with this KVM! When it arrived and I connected my two computers to the single keyboard I did have a problem with the keyboard delay on just one of the computers. I contacted tech support and they immediately diagnosed the problem and sent me two new sets of cables which repaired the problem. This company has continued to keep in contact with me to insure I have no more problems. I am very happy with this KVM and impressed with their continued support.

I really like the simplicity of this switch box. I was able to plug 2 monitors into the back, as well as two computers supplying the signal for two monitors, and then all the peripherals, including the Keyboard dongle, and wired mouse were all plugged into the front.
I also found that I was able to easily share a USB memory stick between the two computers, as it was accessible to either machine when I switched over.
It's also a really good addition that they have a wired remote button to switch between computer A and computer B, so that I don't have to reach down where all the wires are and press the white button the front.
I use this to easily switch between my work laptop, and my personal computer, so that those things don't mix!

Excellent quality for the price. super solid construction and easy to set up. I can switch my keyboard, mouse and 2 screens between two computers very quckly with the push of a button. I mounted the remote push button next to my keyboard for easy switching. I initially had some flickering issues because I was using an hdmi cord that was too long(15 feet). I switched it out for a 6 foot cord and no more issues. Very happy with my purchase.
