Pretty decent for the price. The material is sturdy and well-made. The bottom does not have padding, so you do need to place a pad or some type of cushion down if you have hardwood floors like us. the assembly wasn't too hard to figure out since the directions really weren't that helpful. A bit time consuming but not rocket science. The taking-apart was quite bothersome. But I would still recommend as it helped me so much this past weekend.

I was able to assemble this (time from unboxing to putting the Velcro down on the corner bars) in around 18 minutes.
I like the look and feel of the grey fabric, but the white trim feels pretty chintzy. The bottom of the play yard is pretty thin. You definitely need to add a mat to it.
Once you have it assembled and then taken down, it's pretty tough to get into the bag it came with.
The mesh is fairly easy to see through. The bars can withstand shaking pretty well.
The suction cups do not keep it in place at all on hard wood floors.

Out of the box you get a mesh walled vinyl mat, support poles, plastic connectors, pull up handles, and a travel/storage bag. Assembly is just a matter of connecting all of the poles and connectors through the loops on the vinyl mat. It's easy to assemble, but can be a little time consuming. It's a smaller size that's great for areas with limited space. The quality seems good so far.

This is just what we were looking for in regards to a playpen. We wanted something that wasn't too big, but not as small as a pack n' play. Assembly took around 30 minutes, and directions were very easy to follow. The end product looks pretty sturdy and well made so baby can't climb out. My only complaint is that the bottom of the playpen does not have much cushioning, so if you don't have carpet underneath, I'd definitley recommend buying a play mat to put at the bottom of the playpen so it's softer for babies to crawl and lay down.
