I struggled for 3 months using several of the otc name brand remedies. They were no help at all. Three days in with this product and it is almost gone. You wont need anything else. Although i do recommend a antifungal soap. It helps a lot. Be advised. It feels like icey hot. So dont be alarmed. But it really works and fast. Its not greasy like the other brands.

It's lighter and less scaly , I've been using Dr Bronner tea tree soap followed by this for 6 days , it had a light burn sensation when I first applied it, now it's only a cooling sensation. Difference in my skin color is due to the lighting in the room . I'll give this a few more days , I gave it 4 stars only because it says 6x fast acting , I'm not seeing that .
