I almost didn't order because of some of the earlier reviews I saw, but I totally disagree (maybe they had earlier version of product). There is no mess since you can close mouth (can't do that with waterpick), but I like using it in the shower. You could use at sink with mouth open, but of course that may be a bit messy, so why do it that way? The water pressure is amazing "“ much more than I anticipated. I'm done with string!

Easy to use (in shower) appears to clean well. Reservoir a bit too small. Runs empty to fast. But it appears to clean effectively but I have a couple of close teeth that I still Floss traditionally. Holds a good charge. A bit to expensive for its value.

I saw a commercial for this flosser, I decided I would like to try it. But I went through Amazon of course, I've been impressed with the performance and result of this item. I use it with the water and some mouthwash (one of the recommendations). It is a bit messy. You must be positioned over the sink or in the shower, due to the water output of the device. But my teeth feel clean and great after using.
