The magnet is strong enough to move the cars, however some of the cars don't "turn" to fit in their spaces so that the letters are right side forward and appear upside down. Some of the kids I work with get a little frustrated with this, others dont mind at all. Its well made overall and fun to learn with.

Got this for our toddler and it is great to match the letters, and he loves cars so that helps. What i will say is that the magnet pen does scratch up the plastic top and the way the magnet is on the car, the cars go into the spot head first... Which for about half of the letters they are upside down. I don't know that this is a huge deal, but as I do this activity with my toddler, I find myself wishing that the magnet was positioned on the car so when you drive it into a spot, it was right side up so they could see both the capital and lowercase letter right side up. I am not sure if that makes sense or if it really matters that much, but those are my thoughts!

It's really great and it kept my nephew engaged for a while! Unfortunately the acrylic glass scratches really easy. The glass scratched within the first 20 minutes of playing in it since my nephew plays rough but I used Mr. Clean magic eraser and it came out! The seller reached out after my original review to replace it or send a gift! They have great customer service you will not be disappointed! My nephew plays with it all day!
