I've got a more expensive box that I keep home but this is nice for the office. Very elegant, I'm constantly getting compliments on how sleek it looks.

Only thing I'd mention, and I feel confident saying this, by design you'll never get the humidity consistent. The way the hinges operate it does not allow the lid to sit completely flush. This causes outside air to constantly get in/out of the box so the humidity fluctuates up/down depending on the humidity of the room its in. Since I only hold 5-10 midgrade sticks at a time in there it's not a huge deal, I just tossed a 69% RH packet in which helps but if you're storing some expensive Cohibas in there for long periods of time I'd be cautious of them cracking due to them getting too dry... and yes, I primed the box to the best of its ability prior to storing anything in it.

Would still recommend this box for midgrade sticks. I'd just also recommend inspecting the box once it arrives to make note of the design and the slight separation where the lid meets the bottom section. If you see heavy spikes or dips of humidity toss in an RH packet (% dependent on your environment) and you should be fine.

Out of the many good things I read about this humidor when I was searching for one, customer service stuck out to me. Obviously, when purchasing something, you hope you never really have a need to contact customer service, but if you do, it's always nice to see good reviews about it.
After I seasoned my humidor, my hygrometer relative humidity didn't want to work correctly. The temperature would, but I couldn't get the RH to work. I tried the salt test, moving it to different environments, and still nothing. I had a small one that I put inside to make sure that it was, indeed, holding its humidity, which confirmed that it was.
I reached out to customer service and was met with a friendly "how can we make this right?" I was immediately given the benefit of the doubt and immediately a new hygrometer was sent to me, free of charge. Not only that, but a nice travel cigar case was also sent. THAT is customer service!
The new one works perfectly and I am extremely happy with it.

I've recently joined the world of cigar smoking. My older brother and I would share a nice stick and chat. After looking for a humidor for myself to start collecting cigar I've become a little fond of, I stumbled across this one. Upon ordering I thought the lid was glass, however its plastic. I dig some research as I'd never owned a humidor before. I learned that humidors had to go through a seasoning process. I also purchased Boveda humidor seasoning kit. My humidor arrived and the seasoning kit. First thing I noticed was everything was packed with care inside the humidor along with instructions. Immediately noticed some clear crystals in the ash tray. I opened the humidifier packaging to find more of these crystals. I inspected the humidifier to find one of the prongs that hold it together was broken. I sent there customer service a email and began my seasoning process. Placing one 84% rh packet in the humidor and closing the lid. A very pleasant and wonderfully helpful representative named Lexi greeted me with an apology for the broken item and to inqusite abound how I was seasoning my new humidor. I responded that I need to keep the humidor closed for 14 days along with packet inside. I received a follow up email from Lexi let me know that 14 day was correct for humidor to condition properly prior to storing cigars inside it. I realized that I hadn't properly placed both packets of 84% RH ( I had only placed one originally). I opened my humidor placed the other packet and continued to monitor the included hydrometer for the duration of the seasoning process. The representative confirmed replacement of broke part and provided tracking information which was phenomenal although a little obsessive due to at speed was delivered. Upon completion of seasoning I did notice that the box didn't have that scent of cedar that had became familiar with from cigar lounges, and other friends humidors. I had some time before my cigars would arrive. I ordered some Humi-care seasoning wipes and followed their included instructions (yes I know box was already seasoned). Once wiped with a couple of seasoning wipes the internal cedar slightly darkened and released a glorious aroma. My cigars arrived, the replacement humidifiers (they sent me 2 although only needed to replace 1 humidifier). I filled one of the humidifier with the recommended .5oz of distilled water and placed inside the humidor and 10 cigars that where 4.5 inches and 60 gage. The hydrometer read in the 68% range fluctuating no more than 2% either way. The included cutter is very sharp leaving very clean debris-free edges. The light/punch is amazing! The triple flame jet makes lightning cigars almost effortless and when done properly makes for a very evenly lit cigar while the punch makes very easy whilst on the go. The included ash tray seems to be a little shallow, it's perfect for a session with one or two cigars. I could definitely see if multiple people are smoking where would have to be emptied frequently. So now for the pros and cons....Pro: Looks Great, Function properly, included accessoires, and exceptional well trained customer service Con: humidifier seems a little weak, no drawer (although this model doesn't lie in advertising one), ashtray seems small if 3 or more people have to share. Overall I am excited about my humidor and looking forward to filling it with some wonderful stick to enjoy with cognac or with coffee or after *cough*. WOODRONIC Customer service was great in assisting with replacement of parts and answering any other questions and concerns. Highly recommend for a beginner in the Cigar enthusiasts world.

The customer support was fantastic. Humidity levels were fine, but the meter had failed. I contacted the seller and they shipped out a new hydrometer. Quick swap and it turned out the humidity was spot on, the failed meter was just showing levels all over the place. Thanks!!!!!!

Not only is the product excellent quality for the price I paid, it works perfectly. Also, their customer service is outstanding. They have quick follow-through; they quickly resolved a small issue, and I even received a small gift as well while they resolved my issue.
