I have two Windows 10 desktop PCs, needed to share a Mouse and Keyboard, Not Monitor since one is a Gaming PC with Displayport and G-SYNC. This switch works great, did not use it's HDMI ports, takes about a second at most when switching PCs for keyboard and mouse to come available.
Yes, I could of just got a USB Switch but this way I have a future KVM if needed...also the remote switch button is a nice addition to this switch.

The previous HDMI KVM I tried to use required drivers and would not only work on one of my PCs and not at all on the other. I was nervous about this UGREEN device because it cost less. But everything worked great! I don't need a fast frame rate, so I can't speak to that aspect of the performance. But I just plugged everything in and it worked like a charm! I'm very happy with it.

I use this (HDMI version) to switch between a Windows laptop and a Ubuntu desktop. I use a UWQHD (3440 x 1440) monitor mostly for coding and content consumption.
Everything worked the very fist time. Even the speaker built into the monitor works. I have used it only for 2-3 days. This does the job.
I am yet to find out the hotkey for switching. It is a minor irritant.

I work from home and use my personal desk setup and this allows me to use one monitor and keyboard. I could not recommend stronger for this kvm switch.
