The media could not be loaded. I really like the finished product after putting it together. I assembled it 95% by myself but needed help connecting two parts. It took me @ five hours but with saying that I stopped in between. I would suggest have plenty of patience, line all the pieces up first keep all the nuts and bolts in the packages and only take out the ones you need because it's a lot of nuts and bolts. I used a cordless drill but be careful not to tighten them too tight. It made it much faster but take your time. The instructions were perfect! I didn't have to take anything a part. I used the exact parts based on each instructions. Once you're done you'll love it. Nice addition to my woman cave. As far as anything negative I got nothing. Everything was in the box, it was packaged nicely and the fireplace was in a separate box. Just remember the fireplace box has glass in it. It turned out perfect, gives off excellent heat and adds a nice ambiance to my women cave. I love all the different color patterns and I love that it has a turn off timer if I fall asleep. But I love it and highly recommend it.

For the price range I wanted and the speed of delivery, this is what I got. The buttons on the remote don't always do the same thing and I have to press the same button two or three times before it responds. The tv stand part is very heavy.. I put it together myself - should have had two people.

I love this tv stand! I added two ikea billy book shelves on either side and mounted the tv. It looks so nice! It was not hard to assemble but it took Like 3 hours. I did it alone and they say u should have 2 people. This thing is heavy!! But the shiny surface is so easy to clean. The heat doesnt blow as much as i would like but, im over all SUPER HAPPY !!
