I tried this today and made ice cream bowls as well as a few cannoli shaped cookies. It works really well and I sprayed it with a small amount of cooking spray so nothing stuck. This is a really nice machine with versatility.

My mom is an avid baker and loves to make pizzelles during the holiday time. This pizzelle maker was able to help her produce all the pizzelles she needed for the holidays. The plate heats quickly and provides even cooking throughout the pizzelle. The circle cookie cutter also helps you to make sure your pizzelles are round and evenly cut when the edges get squished. It would be better if there was an option to control the specific temperature of the device or at least switch between a high and low mode. I also wish that the plates were able to be taken off so that you could wash the machine more efficiently and conveniently.

I had these years ago and I had no clue what they were called. They were good. When I saw the maker I knew immediately I had to get it to make them for my son. I tried it and my son loved his pizzelle. They didn't look perfect but they tasted great. It takes a little learning carve but it's a great maker. Absolutely love it

This is such a great versatile iron for especially making stroopwafels! This waffle iron makes many different kinds of desserts such as ice cream cones, pizzelle cookies and of course stroopwafels! I have always love stroopwafels and buy them whenever I see them. Well now I don't have to pay the high prices anymore which is always great! I love this little iron so much it cooks very well and even which is great! I love the handy light that tells you when your waffle is ready and it really works unlike on other appliances. This makes a 3 inch diameter finished stroopwafel which is a perfect size for me! I would definitely recommend this waffler to anyone wanting a versatile waffle iron that can cook several different kinds of waffles!
