FYI Not all creamers are froth worthy, meaning depending on what type of creamer you buy it may be made of ingredients that don't create froth or very little. It's not the frothing machine it's the kind of creamer that's the problem, if you don't get no or little froth.

Follow instructions, inside has pouring levels max fill lines and the whisk attachment is for frothing and the stir attachment is for warming/cold liquid like making hot cocoa ect.

The attachments just magnetically click on, turn the nob to either cappuccino or latte for frothing and to hot cocoa for warming and stirring or the cold mix drink, place the plastic cap on top after you pour your liquid in and then press start the light for which ever you chose will continue to flash until done then the light for whatever drink/froth you chose will stay solid no longer flashing when finished and ready to serve.

If you stir after frothing you'll lose some or most of the froth but if you just pour the frothing liquid on top of your coffee for example you will not lose the froth and honestly I tried it both ways stirring and not and there was no need to stir everything blended well without stirring and I kept all the froth.

I tried the stir attachment on the hot chocolate light added milk and some hot cocoa mix it turned out good but some of the cocoa mix end up at the bottom so I'd recommend mixing the hot cocoa by hand after you warmed the milk for better results.

The stainless steel is thin but so is mixing bowls that are stainless steel because these are not meant to go on top of the stove or in the oven like the thicker grades of stainless steel pots and pans, there are different grades of stainless steel for different purposes of use.

This is a very good quality overall frothier and warmer liquid machine. Easy to use and clean. I had no issues with it, I just recommend people follow the instructions that it comes with if your new to this kind of machine and then it should work well for you too.

This product was great and there were several aspects we appreciated:
- It has an automatic stop feature, allowing you to leave it running while you attend to other morning tasks
- It operates quietly, noticeably quieter than a blender
- The foams it produces are ready to use
- Clear instructions were included, and the machine was generally user-friendly
- It has an elegant feel and touch, looks great in any kitchen

There are a few additional points worth mentioning:
- While the machine is excellent at creating warm/hot foams, it lacks a cold foam feature. When we tried it with oat milk and silk milk, the results were thinner and more liquid than expected
- It might not be thorough enough for some types of milk (i.e. half and half), requiring a second run for optimal results

I purchased this as a replacement for a built in frother on my coffee machine. What a nice difference!! This unit froths perfectly! I do heat my drink an extra 30 seconds but I like it extra hot to start with (I had to do that with my old unit also)
Besides doing a nice job, this piece looks nice on the counter. It doesn't look like an afterthought or an appliance that is supposed to be stored under the shelf when not in use. Looks high end too.
I also love that the unit is stainless and so easy to clean.

The media could not be loaded. This little diva works quietly and quickly to froth your milk for your favorite hot drinks. It's pretty easy to use, and the detailed instructions explain the do's and do not's for operation. I highly recommend that you read them before trying to use the appliance.

It's small, so it doesn't take up to much counter space and very easy to clean. It says that you can register the product for an extra 6-month warranty, but this appliance is not on the list of appliances that qualify for that"¦.lol!

This frother cup is uncoated stainless steel.inside and out. Since I don't use nonstick coated items this was a happy find for me. It works well, but not quite as outstanding as my previous one. It's just a little lacking in power and heating.

The frother comes with a whisk disc and a stirrer disc. The whisk is good enough on hot to moderately froth heavy whipping cream. It does heat it nice and hot as well. I don't care for the hot stir function. It does not work well. I use it to make hot chocolate from scratch. It won't heat it more than room temp and doesn't stir enough to mix in the cocoa powder. Instead, I use the stir disc on the hot froth setting. It works well like that.

This unit looks nice in all stainless and has a large cup that can serve more than one cup at a time.
