Kids love the lights

My Kids really wanted a Trampoline, so I really wanted to find a fun and good one. I knew it would take several hours to put together, because it's a trampoline, but the only parts that wasn't clear or helpful on the instructions was putting the LED lights on the top net, because it wasn't up yet so it was hard to tighten all the way and see how they would hang. Plus, my kids wanted them on the inside not the outside so they could see them, but once I had it put together the lights weren't exactly where I wanted them. Also, connecting the net to the trampoline with the rope seemed weird since there were more holes in the net then in the tramp for the rope and it wasn't clear in the instructions if I was suppose to skip the extra hole or still lope the rope through them??.
I am glad that they said that the battery pack wasn't waterproof, so suggested putting it in a waterproof bag or something, but it's too big to use the zip ties to secure it to the tramp pole, like it says to do.
Overall, it seems to work well and my kids like it. We'll see if it last as long.

we have it we have just started putting the just in time for our girls fifth birthday. We will update this after we've had a chance to use it. Hubby is not having a problem putting together and we're sure that the kids will be excited.
Finally got it together

Update 3: Customer service finally got us all the parts and it's finally put together. (FYI customer service is only available during the week.) Wasn't super awful to assemble. Weaving the net wasn't fun. I do wish the battery case on the LED lights was water proof.
Daughter and her friends have had a blast on it this weekend. So giving it 4 stars since parts were initially missing. "”-
We got it on a Monday but didn't get a chance to start putting it together until that Friday. Two of the legs are not in the box. Sent an email, tried calling, sent a text- have not heard a word. So super frustrating experience so far and an expensive piece of trash.
Update: Finally got a response from the company, got the missing part sent to us via 2 day express. Will update again after we put it together, hopefully tomorrow, just in time for the birthday party.
Update 2: Got the legs, continued assembly, discovered we are missing 30 of the 60 springs needed, so once again we were unable to finish assembly of the trampoline. Annoyed. Tried all the nearby stores and no one near us carries trampoline springs. So it's sitting half assembled and I feel like the crazy hoarder house with junk in the front yard. Waiting to hear from customer service about getting the parts. And our kid is upset that her birthday present isn't useable.

First off I typically don't ever leave reviews (but then rely on them when making decisions for my own purchases ðŸ'ƒðŸ˜‚) anyway, we ordered this trampoline for our kids (5&2) for Christmas! It was super easy to put together (my fiancé and I got it put together in about 2-3 hours the day before Christmas in -18 degree weather) only complaint is that it didn't come with any anchors to anchor it to the ground. We planned on buying some, just hadn't done it yet. But the quality of the trampoline is absolutely on point! It's even fun for my fiancé and I to jump on with the children! So impressed with this product from the beginning.
Anyway we got a bad storm last week and the trampoline ended up on our neighbors garage roof 😵"💫 it was pretty beat up and banged up. I messaged in about replacement parts and instead they exchanged the whole thing for a new one right away. The process was super simple and the new trampoline was here two days later and we took down the old one and sent it back and the same day. My kids were so upset when they thought they weren't going to have a trampoline anymore so they were absolutely overjoyed when the new one arrived! They even helped us put it together (mostly product testing 😂😂ðŸ'ƒ) but this trampoline has already brought my family so many happy memories and I cannot wait to see how many more it brings throughout the years 💜 (we just put cinderblocks on the legs as soon as we put it together and went straight to the store to buy some stakes or anchor it down 😬)
I would (& will) definitely recommend this trampoline and this company to anybody in the market for a trampoline!!!! 💜💜💜

Great exercise, even for adults

I have had this trampoline for 3 weeks now and feel like I have given it a fairly through test before this review. I love it.
I have RA and I am always looking for low impact exercise options that don't bore me. A trampoline was suggested to me for cardio health and endurance, but especially working on better balance. I'm not out here doing backflips or high jumps. I'm bouncing and "jogging" and doing squats and twists knowing that when I land I'm going to not hurt myself. It's a wonderful feeling being able to dance and bounce and move my body without excess caution. I probably look ridiculous to anyone who can see over my fence, but I don't even care. I set up a bluetooth speaker and blast my workout music and set the lights to go like it's a disco... trust me, it's a lot of fun and I look forward to my time out there.
Please be aware that, you'll probably need some help setting this up. Thankfully I had some neighbor men come over and put it together for me. I think it'd be very difficult for just one person to set up, but these three men had it set up very quickly. Also, it is easy enough for my lawnmower kid to move over in the yard when he mows, so that isn't a problem at all, like I suspected it might be. I have the 12ft one, it's a good size, not excessively large like some others I've seen in my neighborhood, it's just pretty perfect. It tucks nicely next to my deck and patio area. We've had rain three times since I set this up and can confirm no damage from that. We'll see what happens when the snow comes and if it's bad I'll edit the review, but I think it's going to be fine. I feel like I've looked this over fairly well and all the essential components seem to be of a high quality.
My kids and grandkids have been over to try it out and they are delighted to have a trampoline in their Bubbe's yard. They were kept busy for a long time, laughed a lot and were worn out afterward which their parents appreciated. My daughter in law has even allowed her toddler in there after she inspected the net and decided it would be safe for him. I assured her that I had banged against it myself more than once by accident and it had kept me safe, so for sure it would not give way on a small boy. I also love the way the net supports bow away from the net so when I do fall against the sides, I don't get bruised from the poles, this is a great feature for me. The kids added my mid sized stability ball to their trampoline play and left it out there when they left, so on a whim I decided to add it to my routine too for some low impact upper body work.
My conclusions... Don't be afraid to buy this as an adult who needs some exercise or if you're bored with your current routine. This is not just for kids even though they love it too. I've found it to be safe and fun and easy to use. There are several You Tube videos for large trampoline workouts aimed at adults with limited motion or based on low bounces or low impact as well as more aggressive workouts for able bodied adults. You have to add large trampoline to your search parameters or you'll just get rebounder results. Start slow and low bounces to avoid injury if you have issues, but I found I could fairly quickly add some moves with the music. I'm happy.
