As a vine reviewer I am given product for free in exchange for a fair and honest review. I ordered one from Vine and liked how it looked so much that I bought a second one. I need two for my space. I am replacing older lights that are 9" square and assumed that an 11" round light would fit the opening where the old light is. Unfortunately it doesn't. I should have measured diagonally from corner to corner of the old light to find the circumference needed for the new light. It ended up being 14". Fortunately these lights come in 15" so I intend to return the 11" and order the 15" size. For those considering these lights they are plastic but they look nice. They mount relatively flush with a low profile. I really like the remote and especially like the nightlight function because I intend to install these on a patio. When it's night time I don't want bright light. I also like that they are dimmable and have adjustable brightness with five temperature colors. Installation looks very simple.

First of all...adjust your expectations of this light! The listing and pictures in the listing give the impression that this light is going to be bright all around. It is not! The light is pretty bright, not as bright as I expected it or wanted it, but it is bright. In the pictures you get the sensation that your whole room is going to be lit, it is not. The ceiling will definitely be dark, somewhat. If you are not used to this contrast, it will take you a while to get used to this...I had a tough time adjusting to this. Now, with that out of the way...onto the positive features.
I do really like all the features on this light. The remote, the night light, the design, the size, etcetera.
The nightlight option is really nice, especially so that you are not totally in the dark if you need to get up and go use the bathroom while sleeping. The remote is definitely the biggest feature here.
You can turn on/off the light, switch between nightlight and regular light, dim the light, adjust the brightness and color and put a timer on your light. It is so convenient.
The light is easy to install. It took me longer to uninstall my old light than it did to install this one. And this one is LED (no big bulky bulbs), and it is flushed.
I highly recommend this if you want to have the convenience of the remote and all its features and to give your room a touch of modern design.
