If you have a toddler you need this cleaner

I purchased the Little Green HydroSteam after potty training my toddler. I'll spare you the messy details, but potty training is messy and accidents happen.
This (thankfully) arrived about 30 minutes before my toddler had an accident on the couch and company was on the way. I quickly unboxed it and set it up to spray and steam the mess out. The instructions were blissfully easy to follow and the unit is surprisingly quiet. Once the mess was cleaned up (took less than 2 minutes start to finish) the cushion air dried before our friends arrived.
I noticed I was missing two accessories and reached out to Bissell support. They replied within 24 hours and will be sending me the replacement accessories directly.
I hope I don't need to use it again soon but know I will be happy to have it when I do.

Great product that does exactly what I hope it would. Only issue I have is the nozzle keeps popping off with rigorous cleaning. They use a wider nozzle by default of which I'm not a fan. Very convenient to pull out use and clean. Steam is very nice though the water leakage in the reviews is a real thing that occurs frequently. If they would go to the old head locking mechanism, it would get 5 stars.

-easy cleanup
-good performance
Cons:
-cleaning heads pops off during vigorous cleaning
-comes with a larger than standard head
-old attachments don't work (changed cleaning head attachment mechanism)
-water spews out when it should be steam
The best overall cleaner. However, I think the little green pet pro with the round design, is a better value.

I knew I would love this product because I love all of my bissell products! Very easy to get started, there was no assembly except for what tool you wanted to use. The directions were simple to follow. What I wasn't expecting was how good it would smell! The cleaning solution made my couch smell nice and clean. I was happy when all I had to do was empty the water tank and I was done!

Yesterday morning awoke to the dog throwing up at 3:30am which is not a good way to start the day. Ordered one of these and immediately put it to use when it arrived. No assembly required. Just add water and the included solution and go to work. I'm a little ashamed to share the picture, but as you can see it worked so well that now it's obvious how bad the entire rooms carpet needs to be cleaned. I was also surprised how quiet it is. Looking forward to trying out the steam feature on some bathroom projects.

This product does everything advertised. This little machine has a long cord and manageable size making it easy to maneuver wherever it's needed, including while stored. The steam wash mode cleaned up some of our hardest carpet stains and the steam mode and multi surface tool cleaned our light grout easily. Machine clean up is the easiest of any carpet cleaner we've had. The entire top of the dirty tank comes off and the cleaning nozzle comes apart so everything can be easily rinsed. The hose even has its own hose cleaning tool. Great buy.
