This is a nice jarred seafood salad - fresh packed vs frozen which I can usually buy locally at my asian markets. The sunflower oil coats your mouth but isn't overpowering. The seafood tastes relatively fresh - it's jarred but not lost a ton of flavor from the preserving. The jar comes packaged in a cardboard box during shipping which is helpful. You could throw this into many dishes from seafood pasta salad, ramen, homemade soups or rice dishes like paella, gumbo, jambalaya, etc. Can also stand alone but I'd add a bit of salt, lemon, capers, etc if eating straight.
