Good replacement option for worn out steering systems. The cable itself is wrapped in a spring like wire which gives a nice clicky feel when it's being run through the line. The steering wheel itself is tolerable, though I opted to keep my original stainless steel steering wheel on my boat. In general a cost effective alternative to keep you safe

As we planned our summer vacation out to the Cape, we were needing to update our old steering system. A good friend of my husband had mentioned you can purchase a new steering system that helps to make our current steering system more functional, better overall control. I did some research and found this Steering system and from what I could determine, it sounded like it would be a great investment. Below, I will outline the most important features that stood out to me when deciding which steering system we wanted to go with.
*Design: Before purchasing you should make sure to measure the cable length needed for your particular boat. The steering wheel is very sleek and modern looking. I like the ergonomic designed steering wheel, it is super comfortable for long use. Great grip holding.
