I had to try my new tool immediately! I bought the 6-inch kit. I read a review that said
there wasn't enough room around the sides, so I wanted to include two pictures showing I had plenty of room!
The pic of the cake is before I cleaned up the top and decorated. I used ruby chocolate for the ganache and used the butter ganache recipe from Frost Form's website.
This tool was easy to use, and I am loving the result! I have a feeling I will be buying the 8-inch kit soon!
