I purchased this blood pressure monitor for my brother but tested it out first. The cuff fitment is perfect for my thinner arms and it fit my brother's thicker arms just fine too (he weighs 190 pounds and I'm 145). The readings were pretty close to my own BPM of a different brand, and I estimated it was plus or minus 3 mmHg on all readings. Overall, my brother and I think this BPM is worth the money as it is accurate and has a solid build feel to it.
