• •Security Components: Pilot burner and 750mv thermopile assembly primary function are to ensure a standing pilot light is operative so that on a call for heat, the main burner gas will be properly ignited. Thermopiles are placed in gas applications to detect the existence of a flame for safety purposes by shutting off the potential gas flow to a burner.
• •Two Working Modes of NG/LPG: The pilot burner assembly comes with two nozzles for both natural gas and LGP gas. When you receive LP gas pilot burner assembly, the built-in component is a LGP gas nozzle, and the external one is a natural gas nozzle, it can be replaced according to needs.
• •Specification: The working voltage of the pilot burner and thermopile assembly is between 250mv and 750mv, the size of the resistance varies between 1,500mΩ and 4,500mΩ depending on the size and length, and the normal operating temperature is 700-750℃/1292-1382℉. Pilot Burner inlet gas tube size 1/4", flame pattern 3 way, hood width 1-1/2". A thermopile is the assembly of many thermocouples with two 36 inch aluminum leads for gas cooking and heating applications.

• •Easy to Install: The inlet of pilot burner can be directly connected to 1/4 inch tube, and the two lead connectors are connected to other gas devices. Note!!! Do not press or pull hard on the connection between the wire and the thermopile, as it may cause short circuit and low voltage problems.
