As a taxi driver, I value my driving license. For this reason I want to take every precaution to protect it and one way is to invest in a breathalyser. I bought this a safety measure when I go out. I don't carry it with me all the time unless I know I will be drinking. As far as I know it seems to work as it should. I don't have anything to compare this too to show how accurate it is but it seems to work. Make sure you read the instructions on this, the key thing it to only test yourself after 25 minutes from your last drink. Otherwise you will get inaccurate readings.

I've only tested the device once so far the following morning of a local party. From my feeling the following morning the device pretty much matched my expectations, I did have alcohol in my body but was within limits.
Following a party this item is ideal, Accidents happen at any time between sober drivers drivers but this little device reduces the likelihood as far as alcohol is concerned by taking a reading before setting off.

We use this all the time when we go out for dinner or wine tasting. My husband won't drive unless its safe to do so! He felt fine and we were about to leave a friends house but checked his numbers before we left and he blew way over so we ended up staying all night. Better to be safe than sorry.

I rely on my car for work, for me to lose my license would be devastating. I never drink and then directly drive, but on the weekend evenings I do often have a drink.
